HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Standard shipping (3–5 days)
  • Express shipping (1–2 days) available during checkout for eligible ZIP codes

    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We take all major payment types, including:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal (if available).

Tupan gift cards purchased through our Shopify store. All transactions are securely processed via Shopify Payments with SSL encryption.

CAN I RETURN OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS?

Only sealed, unused items in original condition (including packaging and seals) are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error, Tupan covers return shipping and provides a free label.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

Email hello@tupanbeverages.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you’ll receive instructions and a prepaid return label (when applicable). Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the item, back to your original payment method.

MY PAYMENT FAILED—WHAT DO I DO?

If your payment fails, don’t worry—it might be due to card issues or connection errors. Try again using an alternative payment method, or email hello@tupanbeverages.com so we can help.

Rest assured, there’s no charge unless the order completes successfully.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

Orders are processed quickly, so cancellation or changes are only possible within 1 hour of purchase. If needed, email us ASAP at hello@tupanbeverages.com and we’ll do our best.
