1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking details.
1.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — available in qualifying ZIP codes
- Delivery time begins once the order has shipped.
1.3 Order Tracking
- Tracking number is sent via email after shipment.
- Customers can also track their orders on our website.
2. Return & Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
2.2 Return Shipping
- Customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to damage or a Tupan error.
- Tupan provides a return label when applicable.
2.3 How to Initiate a Return
- Email hello@tupanbeverages.com with your order number and reason.
- Include proof of damage (photos), if applicable.
- Approved returns will receive detailed instructions.
2.4 Refunds
- Processed within 7 business days after receiving returned item.
- Issued to original payment method.
- Store credit or exchanges available upon request.
2.5 Exceptions
- No returns or refunds after 30 days.
- Opened, used, or altered items are not eligible unless defective.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to Tupan’s error.

- At this time, we only ship within the USA.
